Ashmore Bros., Inc., (ABI) Program Management group employs a full time staff that has completed over $100 million in projects and each project has been completed on time and under the original contract budget. ABI is a South Carolina licensed Construction Manager who has been providing construction management (CM) services in the Upstate for the past five years and currently serves as the 2008/09 Greenville County Road Improvement Program Construction Manager.
ABI Program Management is fully qualified to provide budget preparation based on the most current industry rates and perform contract negotiations with subcontractors. ABI has excellent bonding capabilities and can contract directly with subcontractors or manage the contracts between the client and their contractors. We are able to work as a standalone CM or as the leading member within a team environment. As a team leader, we understand our responsibility to ensure that all team members are providing the highest quality of work, utilizing the most cost-effective methods, working safely, and completing all work on time.
Over the last ten years, ABI Program Management has conducted over 1500 roadway assessments and overseen the preparation of design plans for several municipalities. We rely on our vast experience in both SCDOT and local construction standards as we utilize inspection services and quality control processes to assure a quality project. Our professionals review all construction drawings in the field with the client and, by working closely with the design team, are able to provide value engineering on an ongoing basis to determine the most cost-effective method to complete the work. Our progress tracking and accounting systems are customized for Construction Management, enabling us to monitor and report weekly to the client the actual progress versus the project schedule.
